When you graduate from this course, you will be mentally and physically ready for CrossFit classes.

This course includes 6 training sessions and two weeks of regular classes. You’ll learn the basics of movement and how to push yourself safely. Culminating with a coach-led transition to regular classes you’ll set gals and feel right at home by the time you graduate.

This course is for anyone who has never experienced CrossFit or has been away from it long enough that skills may have decayed.
Yes! First and foremost, bring a positive attitude and a desire to learn. Wear cloths you’re comfortable getting dirty, a water bottle, a small snack for after you finish, a list of questions you have, and a notebook and writing utensil for recording answers to your questions and writing goals!

The $200 you pay covers the first two weeks of instruction, and the next two weeks of your regular membership.
