When you graduate from this course, you will be mentally and physically ready for CrossFit classes.
This course includes 6 training sessions and two weeks of regular classes. You’ll learn the basics of movement and how to push yourself safely. Culminating with a coach-led transition to regular classes you’ll set gals and feel right at home by the time you graduate.

First two Saturdays of the month
10am-11am
Fundamentals is ONLY the first two weeks of the month.
Yes! First and foremost, bring a positive attitude and a desire to learn. Wear cloths you’re comfortable getting dirty, a water bottle, a small snack for after you finish, a list of questions you have, and a notebook and writing utensil for recording answers to your questions and writing goals!
