A native to this area, I have been married to Joe since 1973 and we have three sons and eleven grandchildren. I’m a Neurodiagnostic Technologist at White-Wilson Medical Center and Fort Walton Beach Medical Center. Everyday I see the results of poor lifestyle resulting in early aging and disease processes. Because of my own health decline, I sought to pursue health and wellness. That’s when, at age 58, I walked into a Crossfit gym in March 2013 with zero gym or fitness experience. After achieving unexpectedly good health, strength and fitness, I began competing at the late Masters level in local and online competitions. My passion for health and fitness soared. I wanted to share it with everyone so they could take charge of their health. The summer of 2017, I entered a new adventure of becoming a Crossfit Level 1 trainer followed by Crossfit Masters and Crossfit Kids trainer. Being a part of the positive experience and changes in the members’ lives is one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. I learn from them while they learn from me.
